All 6 flavors of Wilde Chips are free of milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanut, fish, and shellfish. Our Himalayan Pink Salt, Sea Salt & Vinegar, and Chicken & Waffles chips are free of all Top 8 allergens, including tree nuts. Our Nashville Hot, Buffalo, and Jalapeño chips contain Coconut Palm Sugar. While the FDA classifies coconuts as tree nuts, most people who are allergic to tree nuts are able to eat coconut. Please note that coconut sugar and nectar is made from the sap of flower buds from the coconut palm tree, not coconuts themselves.

Are your products low carb?

While we consider our chips to be low carb, in order to make a truly crunchy and classically crispy chip, we have to use some form of starch/carb. We use tapioca flour as it has a neutral flavor and is grain/gluten free. Wilde Chips have 9 grams of carbs per serving, compared to traditional potato chips with an average of 15 carbs per 1 oz serving they are truly a lower carb option!

Are Wilde Chips keto?

Strict ketogenic diet followers have said that Wilde Chips are not keto-friendly. That's because there are carbs in our chips. The "Lazy" keto dieters, as they're affectionately known in the keto circles, eat Wilde Chips. The concern that strict keto dieters have is that there are too many carbs -- our Chicken Chips have a total of 10g of carbs, which come from the tapioca flour. The Lazy keto dieters say that the carbs are minimal enough to keep one's body in ketosis.

Great chips with a satisfying crunch require a healthy fat that doesnít break down at high temperatures. To make Wilde Chicken Chips as healthy as possible, we use expeller pressed high oleic sunflower oil in all of our chips. High oleic oil is high in unsaturated fats (the good kind!) and low in saturated fat.

We use what is called a pillow pouch style bag and we use a little more space than most chips to add extra protection during shipping.

Why is my bag not that full?

We like to give Wilde Chips a little more room in order to make sure they are fully in tact by the time they reach your door or favorite store shelf. However if you feel your bag is especially empty, send us a note to customercare@wildebrands.com and weíll take care of you.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will help as much as possible in the event your package goes missing, but ultimately lost packages are the fault of the shipping provider and we cannot assume the responsibility of replacing or refunding missing packages. The customer is responsible for providing all shipping information. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order. Wilde Chips is not responsible for shipments that are delayed or returned as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages. If you have unintentionally entered incorrect shipping information, please immediately contact Customer Support at customercare@wildebrands.com. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to update the information before your package ships out, but we will do our best to change the information in the system. If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you. If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package eventually is returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package; alternatively, we can refund the cost of the order minus the shipping fee. Please enter the precise shipping address. If, for example, you enter both a street address and a PO box number, we will need to contact you to confirm which place the package should be sent to. Your order will remain on hold until we confirm the shipping address. If we cannot get in touch with you within 3 days of when you placed your order, the order will be canceled.
